Chula’s Short Film “The Gift” Received Two Awards from the World Independent Advertising Awards 2019

On 8 June 2019, Chulalongkorn University’s original short film, “The Gift”, won two awards from the World Independent Advertising Awards 2019, in Bogotá, Colombia.  The short film was awarded a Bronze Medal for the Digital Content for Education category and the Honorable Mention Award for the Film: Public Services Campaigns, Civic Campaigns and Social Campaigns category.

Released in 2018, “The Gift” is a romantic short film produced to encourage graduates, parents, and students to reduce waste and left-behind trash during the commencement period, including flower bouquets, balloons, and other congratulation gifts.
