Chulalongkorn University’s Executives Welcome Delegates from Australian Academic Institutions for Academic Networks

Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, Chulalongkorn University President, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Palanee Ammaranond, Vice President, welcomed Ms. Amelia Walsh, Australia’s Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for Thailand and Laos, along with delegates from Australian academic institutions and the Australian Embassy Thailand and Vietnam, on their visit to Chulalongkorn University on March 13, 2025, at Room 111, Maha Chulalongkorn Building.

Australia’s Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner for Thailand and Laos

On this occasion, the delegation from Australian academic institutions and representatives from the Australian Embassy in Thailand and Vietnam paid a visit to the royal monuments of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) and King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), after which they proceeded to the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Science, and Chulalongkorn Business School. This was an opportunity to showcase Chulalongkorn University’s high-potential innovative projects. The goal of this visit was to establish networks for academic cooperation between Chulalongkorn University and Australian educational institutions.
