Thai Musical Performance in Remembrance of the 137th Birthday of Phra Chenduriyang

The Office of Art and Culture at Chulalongkorn University organized an online Thai music performance, “Teekar Duriyang tang Phra Chen”, on 3 July 2020, at the CU Music Hall, Art and Culture Building, Chulalongkorn University. The performance was in remembrance of and to celebrate the 137th birthday anniversary of Professor Phra Chenduriyang (Piti Vādyakara), for his great dedication and contributions to the Thai national music.

The Vintage Wind Band, headed Ajarn Nisan Yoksawat, conducted by Capt. Somnuek Saengarun, and rehearsal directed by Pol. Lt. Col. Teeka Potives, delivered a brilliant performance.  Guest singers included Dr. Kittinan Chinsamran and Miss Duangporn Pongphasuk. The performance moderator was Ajarn Anant Narkkong.
